WHAT COACHING IS — Provides deeper exploration of how coaching is a deliberate process using focused conversations to create an environment that results in accelerated performance and development 

WHERE COACHING FITS — Information on coaching opportunities in the workplace 

MOVING FORWARD — Introduces the key parts of the Coaching Process and highlights how the coaching process gives structure to conversations 

COACHING PROCESS PRACTICE — Participants plan and practice the Coaching Process with a learning partner and explore the four essential skills that support the Coaching process: Listen to Learn, Inquire for Insight, Tell Your Truth, Express Confidence.

Our Coaching Essentials Overview is a 35-minute online program that teaches the program’s core concepts anywhere, anytime.

 

This online version of Coaching Essentials is designed to introduce learners to the core concepts of our four-step coaching process for creating focused conversations that result in clear agreements and action.

 

Learners work their way through the sections, each including engaging and interactive activities.

Coaching Essentials Clicks is a set of micro activities for applying coach-like behaviors that provide just-in-time learning through powerful tips and takeaways.
