WHAT IS THE DISC?

Extended DISC is a self-assessment that measures how an individual prefers to interact with others. DISC creates a common language and a self-awareness to better understand ourselves and others. The online DISC questionnaire takes only 10 minutes to complete. The assessment reports can be customized for all levels of the organization.

Organizations and facilitators choose the Extended DISC assessment because it is easy to administer, user-friendly and a powerful tool in a wide range of applications.

The Extended DISC model divides people into four main behavioral styles. Individuals are identified as either People-oriented or Task-oriented.  They are further distinguished as Reserved or Active.

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT REPORT

Standard individual report for self-development. This is the best place to start. Use for: any self-development situation or when you are uncertain which report will best fit.

NEW LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

Designed to be used in the development of a leader. Leaders have people follow them. Leadership encompasses the future-focused, broad-range leadership behaviors, as well as the day-to-day management behaviors. Use for: C-level leaders, leaders, managers, and prospective leaders/managers.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR PROFESSIONALS

Designed to be used in the development of individuals focused on business development/bringing in new business, but are not in traditional “sales professional” roles. Use for: non-sales professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, dentists, and engineers.

MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
