From a young age, it was instilled in me to lead from the front.  And over the years, I realized leading from the front doesn't always require having a leadership title. It simply means to lead from where you are.  I transformed my mindset, stopped chasing the leadership titles, and ceased trying to climb the corporate ladder and began to build my own.
